My name is Katie and I have two degrees in nutrition. I work as a Health Educator and am the owner of Supportive Nutrition LLC. As a Registered Dietitian, I help women understand how to eat for mental health, hormonal health, energy, wellness, and to feel better.
I live in North Carolina and create resources to spread science-based information about nutrition. My goal is to decrease confusion and empower people to approach nutrition confidently and with self-compassion.
